# Carom seeds : benefits

Reduces acidity, indigestion & constipation.

            • Whenever we eat something
oily or heavy we often end up
               getting stomach aches which
               are really unbearable.

             • For this purpose, take half
               teaspoon of carom seeds and
boil it in half glass of water,
               till a considerable light brown
               colour is observed (mostly
               comes after 5-8 min), and
then drink it. You can also add
some black salt as per your
               taste.

             • Or if you want even a quicker
                method then, take 1/4
                teaspoon of carom seed if
                available can also accompany
it with black salt which is
                known to balance the effect

              • Inhaling fumes of slightly
                roasted carom seeds can also
                help in relieving toothache.

of it water is to be taken, i.e.,

800 ml water should be taken.
Then cook this mixture till the
               resulting liquid is one-fourth

                            alcohol will decrease.
